Claudio Giurgiu is a Partner and the Chief Technology Officer at Palisade Capital Management, where he leads the firm’s technology vision, strategy, and operational execution. In this capacity, Claudio directs all aspects of Palisade’s day-to-day technological infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that innovation, security, and scalable systems support the firm’s growth, operational excellence, and client-centric service delivery. He also serves on Palisade’s Operating Committee, contributing to firm-wide strategic planning and execution.

Since joining Palisade in 2019, Claudio has played a central role in advancing the firm’s technology platform and elevating operational capabilities across institutional and wealth management functions. Prior to Palisade, he held progressive leadership roles at Alphaserve Technologies, including Senior Systems Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, and Account Manager where he gained deep expertise in systems integration, infrastructure management, client-facing technical solutions, and a business understanding of technology.

Claudio holds a business degree with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, along with a degree in Computer Science from Montclair State University.
